How to

Set up URLSplash on your Wi-Fi

From signup to your first captured lead in under 10 minutes. Pick your hardware below.

Click-through splash, no RADIUS required. Works on every Meraki MR access point.
Step 1·1 min

Create your account

Head to urlsplash.com/signup and pick a URL slug for your venue (e.g. acme) — your public capture page becomes urlsplash.com/acme.

Tip: keep it short and memorable. You can't change it later.

Step 2·2 min

Add your branding

From your admin dashboard, open the Branding tab and add:

  • Display name — what guests see
  • Logo URL — hosted PNG or SVG (transparent recommended)
  • Primary color — your brand hex (e.g. #1a1a2e)
Step 3·5 min

Point your Meraki Wi-Fi at URLSplash

URLSplash is a drop-in click-through splash page for Cisco Meraki:

  1. Open Wireless → Configure → Splash page
  2. Pick the SSID for your guest network (top of page)
  3. Set Splash page to "Click-through"
  4. Under Custom splash URL, paste:
    https://urlsplash.com/your-slug
  5. Save — guests see your branded page on next connect

Meraki appends base_grant_url and user_continue_url; URLSplash uses them to grant the session after the form is submitted.

Step 4·30 sec

Add report recipients

In Reports, add the addresses that should receive the weekly digest — typically you, your marketing lead, and your GM.

Add as many recipients as you need. Unlimited on all plans.

Step 5·10 sec

Send a test report

Submit a test lead from urlsplash.com/your-slug, then click Send test report now in the Reports tab. Recipients should get a digest with a CSV attached within a minute.

Real reports run automatically every Monday morning (UTC).
